  • RetroTourn will help elevate any gathering from private parties like office parties or grand openings to larger events like conventions and festivals!

  • All equipment to connect and operate consoles will be provided. as for outlets that depends on number of systems requested and we will discuss that during rental process.

  • No, not at all! System Link uses Ethernet cables to connect all the devices together.

  • We understand that accidents happen and that equipment can be faulty. Inc the case of damaged equipment as long as the damage was not intentional you wont have to worry about any fees, but if equipment id damaged do to miss use or abusing of RetroTourn Property damage fees will be included into final price.

  • Equipment

    All equipment remains the property of RetroTourn.

    Will need 15 minutes to 2 hours for set up depending on event size.

    All equipment and things needed for game play will be provided. Specific parts and accessories will be discussed before hand. If something is not listed may be provided apan request.

    Guest may not touch the consoles for any reason unless instructed.

    Do not unplug, turnoff, or tamper with the game systems in any way. Game Referees are the only people allowed to change games, change game settings or touch the systems. Players seen touching the consoles will be automatically disqualified.

    Client agrees to be responsible for any damage, theft, or misuse caused by guests during the event. If misuse of equipment results in damages there will be a replacement charge added to your final event bill.

    Incase of equipment failure:

  • You’ll attempt to fix/replace equipment onsite

  • If not possible → partial refund or credit

  • Not liable for lost revenue (important for businesses)

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling

    Deposit is non-refundable

    Rescheduling is allowed based on availability

    If I have to cancel you may reschedule at a discounted rate or full refund if preferred

    In the event of a force majeure occurrence event will be rescheduled at your convivence or full refund if preferred.

    Liability

    RetroTourn is not responsible for:

    • Injuries during the event

    • Lost or stolen personal items

    • Behavior of participants

    Client assumes responsibility for all attendees.

    No food/drinks near equipment

    No aggressive behavior (throwing controllers, etc.)

    RetroTourn reserves the right to remove any participant for:

    • Disruptive behavior

    • Tampering with equipment

    • Unsafe actions

    • Cheating (rules depending)

    Venue Requirements

    Client agrees to provide adequate space for setup:

    I’ll need about 5’x5’ of space per set-up to ensure everyone can see and to minimize damage to the systems.

    • Safe and reliable power supply:

    Each setup just needs a normal outlet—super low power. We can run multiple stations off a single circuit, so it’s very easy to accommodate in most venues. Power Strips and extension cords will be provided by RT. I like to keep it under 3 set ups per outlet to ensure power output.

    Xbox 360: ~120–180 watts

    32-inch TV: ~50–100 watts

    Total per station: ~200–250 watts

    RetroTourn is not responsible for power failures or venue issues.
